Our standard Return to Base warranty covers hardware products purchased from us for a one year period.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your hardware products.
This warranty does not cover:
Software, including the operating system and software added to the hardware products
Hardware and accessories not provided by Alien Technologies
Problems that result from:
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with telephone or power lines
Software or viruses introduced to the system
Servicing not authorised by us
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us
Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
Products for which we have not received payment
What do I do if I need a warranty service:
Call Alien Technologies on 677 633 700 to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to deliver the hardware for our inspection, testing and warranty repairs.
This warranty can be upgraded to on site warranty for an additional fee payable at time of purchase.
